Who needs the tropics. Here's a photo of Dan D. and myself Jan. 12th, on the 2nd tee at Pitman Country Club. Nice weather (but tomorrow it could snow)! I agree with others that if family is close by, you have what you need for a good life wherever you live. Janet's 101 year old mother who has had to move over the years as age took over, states that: "she blooms wherever she is planted". A great philosophy. Better weather and scenery? Sure, there are those places so they make for nice vacations. But as they say, home is where the heart is.
